Newly Designated Landmark Building in Uptown!
Chicago City Council voted to designate the 4750 N. Sheridan Rd. building a Chicago Landmark. Originally the “Mutual Insurance Building” it is now owned by the Institute of Cultural Affairs-USA (ICA) and is the largest nonprofit center in the Midwest.
